Returns & Exchanges
Full purchase price refunds are available if the return is received within 30 days of the original purchase date and the original receipt and accompanies the product in the condition in which it was originally purchased. Returned products must have all original attached product tags.
Please notice that due to health concerns of both pets and people, no returns can be made on beds, carriers, blankets, and some clothing.
